Day 5 photos

Day 5 went something like this: early start, boring road walk, cool Joshua Trees, weird pet cemetary off trail in the desert, breakfast with 'Giggles' at a water source, chipped tooth eating granola/gravel off the ground (can't waste any!), wrong trail and backtracking for an hour in the heat, nap and blog post under the first tree (see: waiting out the desert heat post), and an amazingly beautiful evening climb up out of Antelope Valley into the Tehachapi Mountains. All in all a very good day.
